In short

Destiny FC collects no identity data (no email, no account). The game is offline: your progress lives on your device. An optional transfer to another phone uses a temporary anonymous code (48 hours, one use). The weekly leaderboard is also optional: only a nickname you pick and a career score are sent, with no link to an account.

1. Data collected by the app

The Destiny FC app (iOS and Android) requires no account. Game data — current careers, unlocked badges, records, tokens — is saved locally in your device memory.

We collect no personal data (name, email, contacts). Data processed to show ads is described in section 2. The game is offline. If you choose to send feedback from the end-of-career screen, only the text you typed is sent to our contact address to improve the game — with no account and without asking for your email.

If you open the weekly leaderboard and pick a nickname, we store that nickname, a random device identifier, and your best career score for the current week. Nothing else (no real name, no email). The game stays playable offline; the leaderboard needs a connection only to show or update the board. You can change nickname in Settings.

If you choose to transfer your progress to another device (About → Create a code), an anonymous save file is stored temporarily on our servers, tied only to a random 8-character code. No name, no email, no account id. The code expires after 48 hours and is deleted as soon as it is used. That step needs a connection; the rest of the game stays offline.

2. Ads in the app

The app shows ads served by Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of some menu screens, and videos you choose to watch to earn tokens. No ads appear while a career is being played.

To show these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process technical data: the device advertising identifier (IDFA on iPhone, only if you allow tracking; advertising ID on Android), IP address, device model and OS, language, approximate location derived from the IP address, and ad interactions. Google processes this data as an independent controller: see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

On first launch, a Google consent form (IAB TCF compliant) lets you accept or refuse personalised ads. On iPhone, iOS then asks whether you allow tracking. If you refuse, you see non-personalised ads. You can change your choices at any time in Settings → Ads.

Ads need a connection: offline, the game works normally, with no ads.

In-app purchases (tokens, Destiny FC+ subscription): payment is fully handled by Apple and we never see your payment details. To verify your purchases and subscription we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous ID generated by the app and the related purchase history (product, date, store country). No name or email.

3. The web demo

The playable demo on this site (destiny-fc.com/jeu) uses your browser’s local storage (localStorage) to save your game. If you join the leaderboard from the demo, the same rules as the app apply (nickname + score). The rest of the demo data stays in your browser.

4. This website

This marketing site is hosted in the usual way and may collect anonymous technical data (IP address, browser) via the host. Audience measurement (PostHog, hosted in the EU, and where applicable Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation) is only turned on after you consent via the cookie banner. Declining does not stop you from browsing or playing the demo. None of this data is used to identify you.

5. Store links

Download buttons send you to Apple’s App Store and the Google Play Store. Their own privacy policies apply from the moment you leave this site.
